Why Innovate CV?
Innovate CV is an interactive, new generation CV, that appropriately portrays a candidates credentials and achievements, and it is truly the CV of the future. It incorporates a Multimedia CV builder that offers a range of innovative functionalities including video and audio capability and space to upload samples of work, certificates, qualifications, references and more, resulting in candidates being able to better stand out from the crowd.
Upload videos and documents
Candidates are encouraged to demonstrate their personality, through the various interactive functionalities such as the Video Summary. In today’s market, employers are placing more emphasis on a candidate’s personality than ever before, and thus, the traditional Word black & white CV is simply no longer adequate.
Candidates can also upload a huge variety of documentation (samples of work, certificates, qualifications, references, eligibility to work documentation, etc) to really differentiate themselves, and to secure their dream job.
Personalised CV builder
Candidates will have the benefit of using the Innovate CV builder to create each of their Innovate CVs. The CV builder is extremely easy to use, and candidates can express their individuality through the use of varied templates and colour schemes, whist maintaining a certain level of uniformity, which will assist potential employers.
CV management & tracking
Once a candidate registers with Innovate CV, the CV Organiser becomes their homepage. Through the CV Organiser, Candidates are able to view and manage all of their Innovate CVs created for each company they are applying to. Candidates can also receive CV advice, track who has access, and has viewed each Innovate CV, send Innovate CVs, and monitor all communications. The CV Organiser tool is very easy to use, and allows candidates not to need to save numerous CV Word files anymore.
Training & certificates
The Career & Training Centre provides candidates creative, interactive and visually stimulating courses to help them improve their Innovate CV and secure their ideal job.
There are over 100 courses to pick from, 24 hours a day, all of which can be taken at the candidates individual pace. The courses are very varied, from recruitment and career advice to practical training on subjects such as, communications, IT, and sales. Most of the courses have interactive testing built in and candidates are able to include their Innovate CV training certificates and scores directly onto their Innovate CV.
Your privacy assured
Innovate CV is not a Job Board or Sharing Site. Candidates have complete control over who has access to their Innovate CV.
An Innovate CV is only accessible to those that the Candidate has sent it to. No one will be able to find an individual's Innovate CV unless they have been sent the unique URL.
Furthermore, through the CV Organiser, Candidates are able to always have clarity as to who has access to any of his/her Innovate CVs.
