• Providing 1-2-1 information, advice, guidance and support to help customers into long term employment.
• Identifying and addressing customers’ individual barriers to sustainable employment.
• Delivering adhoc ICT Training for both learners and staff using Microsoft Office 2003 and Windows XP under the official guise of Office IT Champion.
• Match customers to suitable employment opportunities encouraging them to fully engage in the attainment of sustainable employment.

Part-time position,
• Providing both 1st and 2nd Line ICT Support to multiple sites via Helpdesk software allocating severity levels to all items,
• Log all helpdesk interactions,
• Listening to users and acknowledge the importance of their issue,
• Creating and updating new staff computer accounts/emails,
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues,
• Advise users on appropriate actions to remedy issues,
• Escalating issues that where beyond my capabilities to ICT Manager,

The highlights of my NVQ in Advice and Guidance was allowing me the forum in which to critically reflect on my role within TWL and how I could improve my service to our customers/students, giving them the best possible tools and information to allow them to either participate in Full-time education or a position in paid or un-paid work.
